This is a great little painting Clive. Love the detail of the fur and the brightness in his eyes. I love lemures and they are on my list of 'to paint' some day!
peter and colette,thankyou both very much for the kind words.i started this painting as a demo piece at a workshop i was running on a discarded piece of board,never really anticipating finishing it but enjoyed both it and the small scale of it so much that i had to complete it.odd sometimes how an innocuous little painting can be such fun!
