quite correct andrew,he was indeed lying down but a bit less than impressed with the attention he was recieving hence the slightly uneasy,ready to make a dash for it look in his face.

thankyou arti,the whiskers are created using indentation.a mark is scored into the paper and graphite layed over leaving a clean white line
