here's a quick update on where my snow leopard cub painting is at this morning as i prepare for another day in the studio.as i sit here in my studio in front of the screen with my morning bowl of fruit porridge and the first in a steady stream of cups of tea i'm wondering how much i'll acccomplish today as normal service has resumed in the UK and its absolutely pouring with rain and very dark outside.looks like the daylight bulbs will be burning all day here again!

The winter is the better time for work, here in Catalonia it's very short, and just in April i fill much need to make excursions for observe and photograph the wildlife.I can appreciate the fluffy fur of this cute snow leopard puppy.

hi marc, youre quite right winter is indeed the best time to work and like you i always feel the need to get outside as soon as the sun returns.in catalonia you are very lucky to have a short winter and i'm very envious indeed!

Clive dont make much case of the short winter countries, because in Spain or Catalonia meaning a to much hot an dryer summer during four months, with temperatures usually between 30 to 37CÂșthis meaning that you don have much humor to make much activities, along the day,i personally think that its better to have a more reasonable winter with frosty and snowy days, because provides a more lush greenish and more moderate summer, its not much problem to observe animals in -7 or -10 degrees under zero if you stay in to the hide and good sheltered.
